IMPORTANT RISK WARNING

Indicator Limitations
TradeGEX displays various metrics and indicators including, but not limited to:
- GEX (Gamma Exposure): A calculation based on options open interest and pricing models
- DEX (Delta Exposure): An estimate of directional exposure at various price levels
- HF (Hedge Flow): A proprietary indicator estimating dealer hedging activity
- KGS (Key Gamma Strike): The strike price with highest gamma concentration
- Call/Put Walls: Strike prices with high options concentration
- Gamma Flip: Calculated threshold between positive and negative gamma environments
- Max Pain: Theoretical price where options holders experience maximum loss
- OI Waveform: Visual representation of open interest distribution
These indicators are analytical tools only and do not guarantee trading success. They are based on mathematical models, historical patterns, and estimated data that may not accurately reflect actual market maker positioning or future price movements.
Market conditions can change rapidly, and options positioning data may be delayed, incomplete, or subject to interpretation errors. Past correlations between these indicators and price movements do not guarantee future results.
You should never rely solely on any single indicator or data point when making trading decisions. Always use proper risk management and consider multiple factors before entering any trade.
Risks of Futures Trading
Futures trading carries significant risks including but not limited to:
- Leverage Risk: Futures are highly leveraged instruments. Small price movements can result in large gains or losses relative to your margin.
- Market Risk: Markets can move rapidly and unexpectedly due to economic events, news, or other factors.
- Liquidity Risk: In certain market conditions, it may be difficult to execute trades at desired prices.
- Gap Risk: Markets can open significantly higher or lower than previous closes, resulting in losses exceeding stop orders.
- System Risk: Technical failures, internet outages, or platform issues can prevent timely trade execution.
- Counterparty Risk: The risk that the other party in a transaction may default on their obligations.
Risks of Options Trading
Options trading involves additional risks:
- Options can expire worthless, resulting in total loss of premium paid
- Writing options can result in unlimited potential losses
- Options values are affected by time decay, volatility, and other complex factors
- Options markets can be less liquid than underlying markets
Data Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate data, we cannot guarantee:
- The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed
- That data feeds will be uninterrupted or error-free
- That calculations or visualizations are free from errors
- That historical patterns will repeat in the future
Simulated Performance
Any demonstrations, backtests, or examples shown on our platform use simulated or hypothetical data and do not represent actual trading results.
CFTC RULE 4.41 - HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE DISCLOSURE
Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not been executed, the results may have under-or-over compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity.
Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profit or losses similar to those shown.
No Guarantees
TradeGEX makes no guarantees regarding:
- Future trading results or profitability
- The effectiveness of any trading strategy

Under no circumstances shall TradeGEX, its operators, affiliates, or partners be liable for any:
