Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

The TradeGEX Affiliate Program (the "Program") allows approved partners to earn commissions for referring new paying subscribers to TradeGEX. By applying to or participating in the Program, you ("Referral Partner" or "Affiliate") agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility and Approval

You apply to the Program through the official signup page. Acceptance into the Program is at the sole discretion of TradeGEX, which may decline an application or remove any Referral Partner at any time. You do not need to be a TradeGEX subscriber to participate.

2. Conduct and Compliance

    Important: Referral Partners may not present themselves as financial advisors, brokers, or representatives acting on behalf of TradeGEX, and may not provide trading advice, signals, or recommendations regarding any specific transaction, security, or investment product on behalf of TradeGEX.
  

Referral Partners may not make profit guarantees, income claims, or performance promises about TradeGEX or about trading outcomes. TradeGEX must be represented accurately as a data visualization and market analysis tool, not as investment advice, consistent with the TradeGEX Risk Disclosure.

Referral Partners must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with TradeGEX to their audience wherever the referral link is shared, for example with a clear written statement that they earn a commission.

It is the sole responsibility of the Referral Partner to (1) ensure that their services and referral activities are exempt from licensing requirements by regulators in the countries and jurisdictions in which they operate, and (2) act in accordance with all applicable laws and all ethical and acceptable business standards.

The following are prohibited and may result in withheld commissions and removal from the Program:

Spam or unsolicited messaging of any kind
Misleading, deceptive, or exaggerated claims
Bidding on the "TradeGEX" trademark or close variations in paid search advertising
Cookie stuffing or any manipulation of referral tracking
Self referrals (referring your own account or your own payments)
Any fraudulent or abusive activity

3. Referral Tracking

Each Referral Partner receives a unique referral link containing a cookie that is assigned to a visitor who reaches TradeGEX through that link (assuming the visitor does not block cookies). A Referral Partner is awarded a commission for any customer who completes a payment while cookied with that partner's cookie.

There are no cookie lockup periods. Attribution is based on the last click: the last cookie used by the customer when completing payment is the one credited. The same applies to a customer who cancels and later renews. The commission is awarded to the partner whose cookie is active at the moment of renewal, whether or not it is the original cookie.

A referral cookie is kept for 60 days or until overwritten by another Referral Partner's cookie. If no purchase is made by the referred customer within 60 days of the last cookie, the cookie is removed.

4. Commissions

Referral Partners are entitled to 25% of the payments made by their referred customers for TradeGEX subscriptions (Monthly, Semiannual, and Annual plans).

Commissions are paid on eligible payments for a period of 12 months from each referred customer's initial subscription. Commissions are calculated on the net amount actually received by TradeGEX, excluding taxes, processing fees, and discounts.

5. Refunds and Chargebacks

Commissions become payable only after a holding period of 45 days, to allow time for refunds and payment disputes.

In the event that a referred customer receives a refund or chargeback for a transaction for which a commission was already paid, the corresponding commission amount will be deducted from one of the Referral Partner's future commission payments.

6. Payouts

Payouts are made via PayPal or Wise. The Referral Partner is responsible for providing and maintaining a valid payout email address.

Payouts are issued monthly, after the holding period described in Section 5, provided that the accrued commission is at least $50. Amounts below the minimum roll over to the next payout cycle. TradeGEX may require a valid invoice or tax form before issuing a payout.

7. Changes and Termination

TradeGEX reserves the right to change the Program terms, or to suspend or end the Program entirely or with respect to specific Referral Partners, at its sole discretion. Such changes will not apply retroactively to commissions already earned on eligible transactions completed before the change.

8. Acceptance

By applying to or participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Continued participation after any modification to these terms constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
